Mr. John O. Obayuwana

Chairman

Mr. John O. Obayuwana, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CAT Construction Group Company Ltd is a consummate marketing professional and entrepreneur.

His corporate governance experience transcends both the public and private sectors of the economy. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of Pipeline Products Marketing Company (PPMC), a subsidiary of NNPC. He is the founder and Chief Executive of Polo Ltd, a reference point in luxury products distribution in Nigeria.

He is also Chairman of the Bayhorns Group with diverse interests in Oil and Gas and Real Estates development. He enjoys reading and golfing, collects contemporary African art and antiques.

Senator Azu Agboti

Construction Director
Senator Azu Agboti is an American trained Chartered Accountant. He was the Project Manager for the development of Sheraton Hotel, Lagos and became the Director of a Business Development for Ikeja Hotels Plc, owners of the Sheraton Hotels. He later founded Bayview Ltd. He was Chairman, Senate Committee on Petroleum Resources (Down Stream) and later Chairman Senate Services Committee.

Ibikunle Ogunbayo

Director Ibikunle Ogunbayo is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers and a COREN Registered Engineer. He is a Past President of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Nigeria ACEN. He has over 40 years experience in Engineering Practice and Consulting both in Nigeria and abroad. He was the Principal Partner responsible for management of ‘Kunle Ogunbanwo & Associates and now the Managing Director of KOA Consultants Ltd, the successor firm to the partnership and the foremost Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Consultancy in Nigeria.

Kayode Sufianu

Construction Manager He is the CEO of Balanced Scorecard, West Africa. Kayode Sufianu was Managing Director of Access Bank Plc. He is an accomplished consultant, corporate planner and trainer. He has led several corporate restructuring exercises and capacity building consultancies. He was consultant to the UK Department for International Development (DFID) and the World Bank on Nigerian financial sector review studies and the study of financial integration in Africa. He is Founder and Managing Consultant of Rosequeen Ltd, a Lagos-based consulting firm specializing in SME and entrepreneurship development and business consulting. He is a graduate of Agricultural Economics of the University of Ibadan and holds a M.Sc. Economics degree of the University of Lagos. He is a Fellow (FCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (now Institute of Financial Services), England, and also holds that Institute’s prime banking qualification, the Financial Studies Diploma (DipFS). .
